Donation Disclosures

Gillums Bet On Yourself Foundation Inc is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, EIN 41-4411082, incorporated in Georgia with an IRS determination issued April 2026. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. No goods or services are provided in exchange for donations unless expressly stated; where they are, the deductible portion of your gift will be disclosed. A written acknowledgment is provided for every gift of $250 or more.

Processing fees. Payment processing fees are absorbed by the Foundation. The full amount of your gift is recorded as your donation.

Georgia residents: a full and fair description of the Foundation’s programs and its financial statement are available upon request at the address on this website. Georgia charitable solicitation disclosure provided in accordance with O.C.G.A. § 43-17-1 et seq.

Merchandise purchases are not tax-deductible donations.
